I wanted to find out how detailed other orgs are when tracking foster start and end dates/reasons, specifically in PetPoint. If the reason for the foster changes while the animal is in foster care w/ the same foster parent, do you start a new foster record? For example, if a kitten is in foster b/c it is a neonate and neonate was the foster start reason, but then the kitten develops ringworm, once the kitten is no longer neonate, would you create a new foster record so that the start reason ringworm and not neonate? Doing this would be more accurate but I wanted to find out what other orgs actually do.
