I've asked our shelter for their report with detailed intake to euthanasia, listing all the medical given and then ultimate reason for euthanasia. They said they don't of the report. I know one exist, because it was shown in our last conference, yet they don't Chameleon so couldn't tell me what the report was or how to get it. Anyone familiar with this spreadsheet? Can you guide me so I can guide them on how to print it?
