Animal Welfare Professionals

Hi there,
I've just taken over as the Treasurer for the Perry County Humane Society, in DuQuoin, IL. We're a small rural shelter, but are fortunate enough to have a 3 part-time employees. I've upgraded our Quickbooks to an online version ($75/year from TechSoup!) and would love to use their payroll feature, too. It would be great to not have to calculate taxes by spreadsheet, hand-write checks, take them to the post office, etc., but Quickbooks payroll costs over $700/year.

Does anyone have any recommendations for less-expensive payroll processing programs that sync with Quickbooks?
