Lately, we've been getting 3rd-party applications and inquiries about our available rescue dogs.
The PAAW team sends inquiries from potential adopters asking for more info, even though they already have all the info and the link to our dog post.
At first we responded to all, but after a while we noticed that we never got any response, which is strange. So at this point we're ignoring these emails.
The second is Get Buddy, who is using their own application, which we don't like. They ask questions that are not our business, and questions that we feel are very important for us are not there.
With so much work already needing to be done, these two feel like unnecessary extras.
Are you getting those inquiries as well? If you do, how do you feel about them, and how do you handle them?
