    Hello,

I was curious if anyone has every heard of any special financial support programs for low-income individuals who work in non-profit?

For instance, loan assistance, etc. I have a wonderful, full time employee  who is struggling to afford a car and would have to change jobs if she can't get here, which would really be a shame.
As many here would agree, I find this to be a common issue with workers in this field, pushing people away from the industry and its really too bad. Because if I was rich, I would definitely  start a foundation to help non-profit employees afford life and keep doing the important work they are doing! lol

Thanks for any thoughts you may have!

I don't have the answer to this unfortunately, but I'm glad you posted this as it is a very real reality for many nonprofit employees. Hopefully someone on here has some ideas for you.

    Best wishes!
