Hi! I am from the Humane Society of Washington County, located in Hagerstown, MD. and for the last six months we have partnered with GoodPup! I'm not sure how many of your shelters have enrolled as they are currently working with 150 shelters across the nation.
The program in a nutshell is any adopter can enroll for a free week. This provides them with one training session with a certified trainer, via a Zoom type scenario; so it is literally the adopter training their new dog, at home and not in a stressful class full of unknown dogs! In addition to the session they get access to their trainer or a trainer for that week with any questions they may have. The deal they gave us is that if they become a paying customer after week one, the adopter gets 20% off GoodPup Training for life (The adopter's life, not the life of the newly adopted dog!) which amounts to roughly $22/week which compared to other trainers, is a great deal and they will donated $50 to your shelter!
