    What are some of your favorite (or least favorite) organizations for you or your staff to receive continuing education and professional development? Including things like— CE, certifications, online classes, soft skills training, etc?

    Which Maddie’s university courses do you have all of your staff complete?

    Hello Rory,

    When I was Director of Behavior Services, we required all staff members to take the Fear Free Shelter Program courses. Our Behavior and Wellness Manager would also send out monthly CE for the staff to complete. Often it was videos and a discussion of body language.
