Hi everyone- the HASS organizational development working group is shifting its short-term focus from traditional HR/org management work, to actionable strategies to combat the harassment, bulling and threats of physical violence many of our peers in the animal welfare industry are facing. Our hope is to create proactive, reactive, and support resources to help the animal welfare community navigate these crisis situations.
To kick off this work, we are asking anyone and everyone to please participate by taking this survey. We want to hear from you so our work product is catered to your needs.
