    Hello,
I am the manager of a 501c3 no-kill rescue. We have several pitbulls and a couple of others that don't like other dogs or cats and we don't feel comfortable having them go to a home with small children. Therefore it seems as though no one is interested in them. Does anyone know a good Pitbull rescue that may take them as a transfer or someone that would take them that works with hard to place dogs ? Thanks.

    Hello Nancy,

This is a challenging situation and one that is common. In my experience, finding rescues or organizations to take in these dogs is very difficult.

If you plan is to adopt these dogs, what is your rescue currently doing to promote them?  Are they already in foster? What do you mean by "works with hard to place dogs?"
