    The Human-Animal Interaction Lab at Texas Tech University is conducting a survey to examine current intake procedures at animal shelters in Texas. If you agree to participate, you will be asked questions about the intake process used at your shelter.

    Please note the following:

    • Participants must be 18 years of age or older and be responsible for intake at an animal shelter in Texas, United Sates
    • Participants that complete the survey will have the option to enter their shelter in a draw to win $200 in supplies of your choice
    • This project has been reviewed by the Institutional Review Board (IRB2021-844) for compliance with federal guidelines for research involving human participants
