    ---- Original Post ----

    Hello!
This Friday is our final call of 2021 and we are going to raise a coffee mug to all of you during this fast, fun hour of celebrating your hard work.
This will be a highly participatory call so if you can join by video, please do!
We'll be asking you to share your favorite program, idea, or accomplishment of 2021 and we encourage you to make one slide to share so we can get a visual picture of what you did.
National organization partners, we also want to hear about what you felt was most important to you in 2021 and what you're excited about in 2022.
We'll also look back on our calls and ask you to share your favorites (and your not-so-favorites) from 2021. We're in the midst of planning our 2022 lineup, so it will be helpful to hear from you!
Last week, we asked you to wear your favorite animal welfare t-shirt and this week, we're looking for your ugliest or prettiest holiday shirts or sweaters. Who knows, there may even be prizes 🎅🏽

Please join us for our end of year wrap-up and as always, your pets are invited to the calls, too, and we love to see their faces as well!

    Sincerely,
The Maddie's Fund and Maddie's® Human Animal Support Services teams

Thanks to the 123 attendees who joined us for the final leadership call of 2021! This was such a great call and encouraging way to round out the year by sharing and celebrating your wins and successes! The recording is now available for you to share with your team and get some ideas for successful fundraisers and programs you can use in the new year.

We'd love to keep the celebration going on the forum for those who couldn't attend live by answering this question of the day:
What is the most significant thing happened in your org or to you or in animal welfare in general in 2021?

You can find a copy of the chat file attached and links to the resources that were shared. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season and we'll see you next year!
