If your cat hasn’t been eating or drinking for a couple of days that may be a sign of sickness. There’s a possibility for digestive issues but you should still consult a vet before giving your cat any sort of medications. You might wanna check with your vet (if you already have one) and see if they are taking patients - I think they might be willing to take your cat right now since it is sort of an emergency. If they don’t, you can also consult a vet online. There are a few portals that help with this - greatvet.com, vetstreet.com. There are other platforms too but these are the ones I’m familiar with.
