Please join us this Friday at 8am PT for our weekly Animal Welfare Leadership Roundup call for a presentation and discussion on "Changing Animal Shelters for a Changing World."
We'll spend most of our time hearing from Heather Lewis of Animal Arts about current shelter design and what the future animal shelters might look like. If you're wondering about how to repurpose your current space or considering what a future facility might look like, you won't want to miss this crucial session.
Heather E. Lewis is a licensed architect and has been a principal at Animal Arts since 2004. As a senior leader of the firm, she has worked on a wide variety of animal shelters, specialty and general veterinary hospitals, and equine and large animal projects around the United States and overseas. Heather is a visionary who among other things, leads the Human Animal Support Services Building and Facilities working group.
We will also spend time talking to Dr. Crawford about the Delta Variant.
