I am excited to announce, alongside Dr. Steven Rogelberg, that the Volunteer Program Assessment (VPA) is now accepting applications! VPA is a free service offered through UNC Charlotte, whose mission is to promote non-profit organizational effectiveness through the volunteer program.
During this process, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with a VPA consultant. Together, you will conduct a survey of your volunteer program. Once the survey is complete, your consultant will schedule a final call to present you with a comprehensive report, including survey results and actionable recommendations.
VPA is available on a first-come, first-served basis. VPA is for shelters with at least 30 volunteers and a brick-and-mortar location.
Don't miss out on this valuable opportunity to enhance your volunteer program! Apply now!
