I am pleased to share my inaugural editorial for the Journal of One Health Systems, "One Health Systems: A Framework for Whole-Family Well-Being."

The editorial introduces a framework for recognizing the lived realities of multispecies families and aligning the health, social, housing, economic, policy, and community systems that support their well-being. I hope it prompts discussion across the disciplines and settings represented in this community.

Please read it and, if it resonates with your work, share it with colleagues and partners who may help advance this conversation.

Thank you for sharing this, Dr. @Michael Blackwell!

Human health, animal health, housing, transportation, economic stability, social services, policy, and community support do not operate independently in people's lives. When those systems are disconnected, families-including their pets-feel the consequences.

This framework gives us a practical way to think about those connections and, importantly, how we can build systems that work together to support the well-being of the whole family.

I hope everyone in our One Health Community will take a few minutes to read the editorial and consider where greater cross-sector collaboration could make a difference in their own work.
