I thought Best Friends had an online list where I could find state specific rescue groups? I am looking specifically for senior feline rescue groups in the Sarasota, Florida area to network for a sweet girl who could no longer be cared for due to age/health by her 'cat daddy'. He loves her dearly and had been given the suggestion to euthanize. Through a cross-country friend, I was contacted for help 24 hours after arriving in FL. She's with me now, but I need to find a co-parenting or permanent loving home for her as I travel for months at a time for work. I made the attached flyer which includes details.
