Puppies can sometimes get "kennel cough," which is like a cold with a cough in people. If your puppy isn't eating well, or seems listless, or develops a fever I would recommend having him seen by your vet sooner. They may elect to postpone his vaccine boosters and either treat and/or monitor him for a week or so. There are other causes of coughs too, but this one is the most common in a puppy. If the cough doesn't progress and your puppy starts to feel better, make sure and share this with your vet on the 11th so they can be aware of it. I hope he feels better soon!!
