Sorry, I do not have one to share. But all I did was set up a simple excel spreadsheet.
The first top portion has awarded grants with all the details I wanted to track (Date of app, date of award, amount asked, amount awarded, notes, etc. )
the second portion has my pipeline grants, grants I have applied for but are still awaiting award/denial
The third portion has declined grants with a section of dates for next application dates and of course with notes if there is a reason given.
All my sections have about the same details with grand totals at each section and a grand total of all amounts at the very bottom. I also have a little section of grants I have heard of but need to research so I do not forget them. Hope that helps.
