HI y'all, I am super excited about this Pet Forum, thanks Maddie's! I would love to hear what kind of flooring and sanitation has worked or not worked in your shelters, pros and cons of drains, or experience in making flooring decisions for your shelter. Thanks!!

We have 2 shelters in our program that are in older buildings... both recently received  funding to redo their floors with a poured epoxy product. It looks beautiful and is easy to clean (the only problem is that it looks so good it makes the rest of the building look dingy).

We also have a warehouse with a concrete floor. The first epoxy product we tried came back up within 3 months. I would love to know more about success stories with flooring.
