Animal Welfare Professionals

Does anyone have prepared lists of vocabulary words by age/grade? Non-parent needs help! I'm not sure when to introduce certain concepts and medical terminology. For example: spay/neuter, vaccines, abuse, neglect...seems like some of these topics are lumped into "trip to vet" or glossed over. I'm not sure if that's by design or if I just haven't seen the right materials. Thanks for any help! 

Hi, not a teacher or parent, but long-time children's librarian.  Are you talking about an actual list of vocabulary words (like for a handout or activity sheet) or incorporating vocabulary into presentation?

Both I guess...I want to be sure to use age-appropriate words and concepts, include them in presentations for comprehension and have something to send home for review/reinforcement. Thank you!
