I'm curious if any other shelters have a handbook for offsite adoptions? We do mobile adoptions at various pet stores and they are usually "staffed" by our volunteers. It's a great opportunity to get our shelter out there and complete adoptions, but we are having some hiccups with the process. Paper adoptions, or electronic, what to look for on applications, approving/denying (which isn't very often), etc. Before I reinvent the wheel I thought I would see if anyone has any materials they would be willing to share in regards to this process?
