Animal Welfare Professionals

I am seeking input on a web-based platform that can be used for time tracking and employee attendance, with clock in/clock out module, and can also be used as a general discussion and info board for keeping staff informed with pertinent need to know information (outside of the type conveyed in staff meetings). Is anyone currently using a system such as this or have any suggestions? I would prefer a free platform, but I'm not opposed to a subscription-based model. 

I've used Deputy (https://www.deputy.com/) and found it was really convenient for for scheduling, clocking in and out, and messaging to staff - there is a monthly fee however.

We use Dominion Systems.  Seems straightforward and easy to use.
