Hello everyone,

We started managed intake in October 2017 and have been setting up appointments using excel. Does anyone use chameleon to schedule these appointments? is it a separate component that has to be purchased? Any information about this would be appreciated.

I’m sorry, I don’t know about chameleon specifically, but at our shelter we use google calendar to schedule appointments. You can make notes, use different colors for different animals or intake types (foster, vet clinic, cat or dog, etc) and the whole shelter can access it if you share the calendar with them. 

If you’d really like Cham to do it, have you contacted the tech support? They’re complete gurus with setting stuff up for people. Cham can do SO much with the right people on the task

I am interested to see if you can accomplish this.  We had Chameleon and no support after the sale.
