    my 9yr old newfie went on her usual walk but she had labored breathing for 2 hrs.  now breathing/affect is normal.

    Hi Erinn,

    Sounds like it would be a good idea to get your Newfie in to a vet... Not normal to have labored breathing for that long after a walk. Is it really hot outside?

    Hi  thanks for the response.  It was 5C or 40F when we walked at 7am.
