1. What action can I take to overcome apathy when it comes to serious shelter disease specifically parvo distemper? I know its expected that some animals are going to fall ill in shelter environment but what's the threshold before it's a full blown epidemic? Its frustrating when it seems to be an accepted occurrence and little to nothing is done about it. The shelter is adamant they're doing everything they can but there's story after story after story of adopted pets suffering and dying. 😔
