We are about to enter construction on an addition and remodel of some of our cat areas. We will be adding a room that will essentially be 'blank' with roll-in portal cages (yay!) and then remodeling an adoption room to be 4 community cat rooms (i.e. free roaming groups of cats in each room within the larger room). We're looking at epoxy flooring for both rooms.
We do not plan on regularly hosing the rooms, except for the occasional heavy-duty deep-clean in the community cat rooms. For the most part, it will be spot cleaning, or in the cage room we'll be deep cleaning the cages individually.
There are several options being presented to us by the various installers; we're researching the individual products, but I am curious if anyone has specific experience with any products that were good or bad, or anything in between?
