CARE, Companions and Animals for Reform and Equity is Hiring a Director of CARE Centers in Camden/Philadelphia.
CARE Center is a people and community-focused program that develops and supports proximate leaders who engage human and animal wellbeing within Black, Indigenous and other people of color (BIPOC) communities through capacity-building and technical assistance. CARE Center Directors provide leadership and support to CARE Center Partners (CCP) to strengthen community wisdom and capacity to self-deploy resources and community-centered solutions to support the wellbeing of companion animals and their families. In addition, this position builds bridges between people, community, human service, and animal welfare agencies. Ultimately, collaborating with trusted partners to design and implement a sustainable community-centered framework for human and animal wellbeing that also allows for scalable training opportunities across CARE Center programs in the United States.
This position is local and you must live in the area or relocate.
Salary range is $55-75K depending upon qualifications.
