We are a municipal shelter. We usually will take back animals that have previously been adopted from us that have been surrendered to a neighboring shelter. We currently have the shelter that is returning the dog to us sign our owner surrender form. Does anyone use a shelter transfer form that is different than their owner surrender for this type of situation. If you do, can you please share it with me?
