Hello Misty,
Oh that is a difficult case. Each condition as a stand alone can have a guarded prognosis. All 3 together is very challenging. It sounds like his immune system just can not keep up. I know it is not what everyone would like to hear but have you considered euthanasia? Especially, since he is declining?

Unfortunately this is one dog with all three ailments. He is on prednisone, doxycycline, keppra, clindamycin, and mycophenolate. He has had two blood transfusion, but his PCV numbers drop into the teens a few days after each transfusion. His PCV number is currently dropping again.

Is this one dog with all of the above conditions or 3 separate dogs? What diagnostics have you done and what are your current treatments?
