Good Day and almost HAPPY NEW YEAR!

     I manage the care team as well as the facility maintenance for a cat shelter in Florida. As a scientist, I am always looking for ways to quantify the success of my team and or identify areas in which we can improve. What are some deeper quantifiable metrics that your organizations use to show how efficiently the shelter is running, how healthy the animals are, how effective is the leadership? Please keep in mind that I already have the straightforward data covered such as LOS and total outcomes.
