Hey Everyone!
We're "exploring" the possibility of having volunteers that will assist in behavior modification training. We've been very fortunate that our dogs are getting out with a LOS of less than a week. However, here and there we have a few pups who end up becoming "Lovable Longtimers" because they have some behavioral challenges.
Here's where you come in!
- 1.) Do you have a Behavior Modification program that's run by VOLUNTEERS?
- If yes...
- 2.) What does their training entail? How do you differentiate between Enrichment Volunteers & Behavior Mods?
- 3.) What training documents, job descriptions, schedules do you use for the Behavior Mod Volunteers specifically?
Any help with Behavior Modification Volunteers I would greatly appreciate. Thanks so much!
