    Several months ago I saw a post (yes I have searched for it) about virtual rescue that provides sample wills for pet owners and assists with attorney for planning trust and pet planning after the owner is gone.  I was in discussion with a trust and estate attorney who does feral colony care at mobile home park.  I remember something in the rescues comment about mobile home parks.  Sadly, I can't find the post.
