    Hi everyone!

Would you be willing to share pics of your kennel doors with visual barriers? Our pound has kennels facing each other and we'd like to add barriers. Not sure how to build this/ if there is something already made for this purpose we could buy.

I'm not finding a good photo of it right now, but we use binder clips to clip towels, pillow cases, or sheets to the fronts of kennels.

We have 4 blinder runs where I work that covers the front door of the kennels that face each other but I don't know how they are installed.  I will also try to get photos and send them in.  When we have a mother in labor, delivering, or with fresh pups, we will also hand large towels and blankets on the kennel door using blinder clips, and on any neighboring dogs kennel who like to bark and seek attention.  It actually works very very well.  Its eash to take down, clean, and replace too.

    Hi Karee,

We buy corrugated plastic sheets, cut them to size and attach with sturdy zip ties!

Like Mona said, we use corrugated plastic sheets as well, there are some times, with very specific dogs that we  needed to use the top cover of  bins to reinforce the bottom part of the kennel fence  so they can't put their paws out underneath. But that is just  a temporary measure, we just keep the plastic sheets as normal coverage of the view. Kennels are facing each other unfortunately.

We've used several things prior to us redoing our kennel runs. Shor-line sells blue cage covers that we used for awhile, and we have also used frosted glass window cling

Our shelter uses window privacy film on the outside of the door around 1/2  to a little more than half way up the door so the public can still look in but the dogs can't see other dogs as they are walking by. I added a link to one similar to the one we use.
