I am working to form a policy on what business information can be included in our adoption folders. More and more pet-related businesses want us to include offers or business cards in our folders and I have resisted them unless the business makes a significant contribution to our work. But staff have pushed for certain "good businesses" to be allowed to advertise to our adopters even if they aren't supporting us.
Does anyone have a written policy to share?
