Our rescue uses Google Calendar right now for numerous different teams. Some people have access to multiple calendars, and others can only see the calendars their team has added them to. It's a disaster, and so incredibly messy. There are calendars for social media, foster movement, vetting appointments, home visits, events, board meetings, and many more. In addition, once a person creates a calendar using their email, only they can manage it, and if they leave the rescue, it's a huge pain for our admin to gain access to it. What do other groups use to manage different teams/groups of people in terms of an online calendar?
    Thanks in advance!

Did you get an answer for this?  I'm in the same dilemma and need some better resources.

I did not! We're still using Google calendars and I find it very inefficient.

    Hi Molly,

I would recommend Monday.com. It has a calendar functionality and a project management function. You can also sort people into different groups/teams, give access to some boards and not others, and switch views to a "personal view" that will show you all things assigned to you across the various boards.
