  • 1.  Chameleon report with current population inventory?

    Hi everyone,

    Anyone out there have a Chameleon report that lists the current shelter population either
    a) individual-level line data that includes a variety of info about each current animal in the population (stage, location, intake date, LOS, etc)
    OR
    b) a report that summarizes metrics of the population on a given date (including the current day), such as total number of cats/dogs in care, average LOS by species, age, stage, etc?

    I'm looking for something that would be useful to help compare one day to the next on a high, overall population level.

    We used to have reports like this when i used Chameleon, but i haven't used it in 9 years, so am not any help, sorry!

    Hi!

    We have a report that does this. It shows A# intake date kennel # Name (if known) age, color, species, breed, where they were picked up/found, any notes on their file, if they came in wearing a collar or ID and their intake photo. The report shows all shelter animals in the building at the time you run the report, but you could add a date filter on there if you wanted to see a specific day.  Your Chameleon might be setup a little differently to ours so I don't know if it will run correctly for you, but here is a link to download the report which should give you a good starting point.
