It's time to move our front desk scheduling (intakes, adoptions, foster drop offs for surgery, etc.) from the big white board to a cloud-based option.  I'm looking for ideas of calendars that will allow that kind of scheduling.

It was hard enough to get old staff to agree to schedule all of our appointments years ago!  "We tried that, it doesn't work," they claimed.  Finally I put my foot down and we are much more customer-friendly.  But everything is on one whiteboard, and as our staff has grown some people need to walk quite a distance from their desks to add a new appointment.  Plus we end up double-booked because a staff member assumed a space was open when it was just taken.

The products I've looked at all want to link to an individual's calendar.  That's not really necessary and I'd like to avoid it, if that's an option.  And I'd like it cloud-based so that people working from home can set things up without needing to contact someone in the office to look at the whiteboard.
