Does anyone have a recent community survey that was used to help identify the most pressing needs related to animal services?  I want to avoid a disconnect between our service priorities and those needs. However, in addition to the survey informing our decisions, I am hopeful that it will also be informative for the community.

    Hi Chris,

While I don't have a specific surgery, our foundation addresses issues within emergency and critical care. We're based in Connecticut but have a network in New York and surrounding states. I'd be happy to connect and speak further to see if I can be of resource. Feel free to email me directly -

Quite often your county human health services do community assessments - I would ask when theirs was last done and whether you can add some animal related questions to their next one to consolidate resources. That was the recommendation of a talk I had recently been able to attend and I am currently trying to get our questions added to our county's next assessment.

Pet Health Equity has done a community assessment and did a very interesting talk about it at the TN animal control conference, but I can't find a recording of it; however I have a few photos I had taken of the slides if you want to dm me for them.
