We are revamping an evaluation/adoption program for our dogs. Some of the changes include adding in evaluations at surrender + behavior modification plans, focusing on matching lifestyle of adopter to the dog, a binder of the dogs and their information for visiting adopters, and having the dogs individually brought to visit the potential adopter rather than the adopter walking around the kennels.
The animal care attendants know the dogs really well but it's a bunch of information in their brains.
I've hit a roadblock on designing an information form that summarizes the dog and can be updated by animal care staff for adoption counselors to use to talk to the potential adopters about the dogs positive attributes and their quirks.
Does anyone have an example of what they use for for adoption counselors to have an open and honest conversation about the dogs the adopters are interested in?
Thank you,
Cassie
