We use the Fear Free Shelters program, and their training materials are hugely helpful for our staff and volunteers. You can sign up for free as shelter/rescue staff/volunteers. Here's their website: https://fearfreeshelters.com/

In addition, I usually recommend these additional videos/resources:

As well as the ones Erin recommends, Maddie's University offers a popular dog handling course that starts out with basics and moves on to handling certain common behaviors:  Dog Handling in the Shelter

You didn't mention needing courses for foster caregivers, but Maddie's U has some for them as well: Bringing a New Dog Home, Helping a New Dog Adjust

Maddie's Fund offers a free service of space on Maddie's U for professional development for and organization's staff and volunteers, as well as training for foster caregivers. You can read more about this service here

I'm so glad that you find our 20-minute courses beneficial, Amanda! We're working on even more of them to empower staff and volunteers to support animals' behavioral health through everyday interactions.
