Hello Shelter Community!
I am searching out data for employee turnover in shelters. I have anecdotal information and stories. And I know that in general employers across many fields are experiencing turnover. I would really like to have some solid numbers to help demonstrate the struggles in shelters.
Beyond having data, what practices would you recommend for hiring and retaining qualified staff, specifically for a small shelter with limited resources? I appreciate the expertise of this group.
