Dr. Steven Rogelberg and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte created the Foster Assessment System or FAST-15, that helps organizations to assess attitudes and engagement of their foster volunteers. The survey was developed based on UNCC research (funded by Maddie's Fund) that dove deep into why people foster and what causes them to burnout.
You can learn more about the FAST-15 here. It's free to use; we recommend repeating it yearly to see how your efforts to support your foster volunteers are working vs. not working :)
