Hi! I was wondering if anyone had feedback on foster retention/community building workshops.  I'm one of the kitten foster coordinators at Angel City Pitbulls and was thinking of doing events like how to make kitten toys/beds (Ive seen other orgs do this on FB) . Wondering how this kind of event went for other folk. Any other team builders/workshops that folk feel has helped build up their fosters (especially newbies or folk who are open to learning more skill sets)  and build a stronger team dynamic? Last year we did foster appreciation event and it was great to connect some of our folk together in person. We presently have a fb private group for our kitten fosters to share and to give updates but wondering what other cat/kitten orgs feel has worked well for them.  We are an all volunteer staff org, so trying to create sustainable ways to do our work as well, so any advise is welcomed!  I saw on previous posts that folk utilized the "Caring for Orphaned course" for their fosters, so thank you for that resource!  Thank you in advance!!
