Thanks, Aaron ,for showing us the raffle set up. We are just about to roll out our new website. :o One of the biggies was choosing a platform and with so many people pretty ticked off when restaurants, etc are passing on/charging the credit fee that companies used to pay it's nice to have that as an ask, not as a must do. The savings is really worth it when you look at your annual intake and what cc fees would be. We're putting PayPal on the donate page but in a less prominent spot hoping people will go to the Zeffy credit card form instead. And we set up a button to pay adoption fees on line. There are a few funky things on their platform...not as much flexibility in the fields for donations, honor being spelled honour, etc., but we can live with them. I love the idea of an online raffle fundraiser and with zapier we can integrate the info to our mailchimp contact list. We also used TechSoup to save on our Wix business account - 70% off.

This has been very successful for us and have received zero complaints regarding the ask. Zeffy does a good job of explaining why it is asking for it and the person making the donation has complete control. I'm uploading some screenshots from a mobile purchase so you can see what it looks like in practice.

Aaron and Kim,
How have your donors/participants in your fundraisers on the Zeffy platform responded to being asked to donate for "another organization?" I like a lot of its features, but some in our organization are not sure about how our donors would respond to this ask. Thank you for your time.

We also use Zeffy. It has been wonderful. We are doing a raffle at the moment. So you can also set up zeffy with PayPal and Venmo to give people more options for raffle tickets. Everything goes into the raffle on Zeffy from both of those. We love that there are no credit card fees.

We have recently begun using Zeffy. It is a platform designed for non-profits with with no fees associated including processing fees. Zeffy allows for straight donations, raffles, events, peer-to-peer and can build an online shop with no fees. Set-up was fairly straightforward and they use Stripe as their payment provider, they request the donator to increase their donation amount by a small percentage to cover the processing fee, but even if the donator selects to increase by 0%, it is not charged to the non-profit. We've been very pleased with our experience so far, running one small fundraiser to test. They also allow for ACH deposit to be completed either weekly or monthly, and have been very helpful, including virtual calls to support our set-up.
I took a look and does allow integration through Zapier. https://support.zeffy.com/do-you-integrate-with-other-tools

Hello! We are looking for donation platform suggestions.
Our organization is looking to move to another donation form tool (currently we use a local product that does not allow for Google integrations or form customization). We are leaning toward Fundraise Up but want to do our due diligence first. What other tools do you use and love (or don't)?
If this helps, our CRM is Network for Good. We plan to use Zapier to get it to integrate. We are not looking to move to a more robust CRM - we already
explored Salesforce and Hubspot, and they're not in our budget or needs at the moment. Just looking for a simple donation tool to work better with our other tools, at no cost aside from processing fees.
Feedback and experiences would be much appreciated!
