Okay, I'll be honest. I'm drowning right now and don't have time to research which Grant databases give you the most bang for your buck. Could anyone weigh in on their likes and dislikes please?

    www.TreatVA.com/grants

I spent a significant amount of time on today. Some grants are closed for the year or do not apply to your organization or geographic area, but it gives you something to start with. We already have a google doc with grants applied and ones to apply too as well as ones we won't qualify for. It's a great place to start and also write down some to apply for at the start of next year or their next round of applications.

I am not saying it's the best but you will find a lot there to start with.

    Hope that helps.

We purchased grantstation through Techsoup. We have a volunteer who works on finding grants for us and she likes the site. They have a lot of educational material as well.

Candid.org has a foundation directory and a lot of great information about fundraising.
