Hi there! Wondering if anyone here can offer insights as to how to find specific grants for rescues beyond just googling? For background, I'm the co-founder of a rescue in New York City and have little experience searching grants databases, particularly since so many of them cover such a broad number of topics. Aside from the grants listed here, does anyone have any insights?

    Hello Sara,

Candid's Foundation Directory is a great resource. You may be able to access it for free at your local library.

You can also find a free list here: https://humanepro.org/grant-listings

You can also sign up for free, for limited information, at Grant Watch - https://www.grantwatch.com/.

Wishing you the best of luck in finding funding.

Grantstation.com is a great resource too but they do charge a yearly fee but you can usually get a great discount through Techsoup.org
