Like many of you, I watched Lawrence Minnis present on the Maddie's Community Conversations call about his research into dog adopter decision making and was blown away! As a member of the HASS data team I'm always on the lookout for great ideas using data so I wanted to pose the question to the forum: how and what do you track around visitor data at your organization? Do you actively analyze visitor behavior using data? Collect email addresses? Interest in a specific type of pet? I know there are a lot of data-savvy orgs represented here so I hope we'll get some discussion going and learn from one another!
