payment plans; donation-based fund for redemption; mandatory s/n for
      redemption can be waived
    • Review state and local ordinances against internal policies to ensure what is truly
required by law and what is aiding or hampering Return to Home
    • Organization works with owners to fix problems that lead to lost animals (e.g.,
      mending doors and fences )
    • Encourage microchipping over mandatory licensing

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to share our successes in returning to home with the participants.  I have attached my entire First 48 program:

Here is my entire 48 program.
The First 48 protocol is simply my protocol.
The First 48 talking points is a roadmap and talking points (scripts) that help staff with the customer service end and guide them through the conversation.
The After 48 Form is what is used to call back and follow up on each animal.
Here is my actual redacted excel spreadsheet from 2021.
My First 48 numbers for 2021

If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me at:  mwheeler@cabotar.gov or 501-743-1438
