  • 1.  Maddies Fund Animal Statistics Table

    Hello,

    We have been using the Maddies Fund Animal Statistics Table as a shelter and coalition for years, and it states at the bottom where you sign it that there is an attached document titled Maddies Fund Categorization/Definitions of Shelter Animals. I don't know where to find this doc, and I don't think we have ever seen it. I have looked high and low in our own docs and on Maddies. Can someone help me locate it?Thank you!

    Hi Kristi, 

    Ah yes, that's a pretty old document that was based on the Asilomar Accords. I'm sorry but we don't have that document in our files anymore so I've attached the Asilomar Accords definitions of Healthy, Treatable, etc. if you'd like to use them. 

    If you haven't already, you may want to check out the Shelter Animals Count Intake & Outcome (IOD) Database and Animal Welfare Glossary for updated definitions. I've also attached the full definitions of the Intake & Outcome data points.
