Hi Cheryl,
Thank you so much for saving and caring for these innocent little lives. I love that you are seeking guidance for more assistance. I have just a few recommendations that may or may not lead somewhere:
- Waggle.org - It looks like they can provide crowdfunding resources and may also have one-time, instant grants that can assist.
- The Petfinder Foundation (if your organization is set up) - Theirs is usually for one specific animal for up to $1,000...but anything can help, right?
The hardest part is that many of the organizations cater to dogs. Finding cat-related ones, well, that's always much more challenging.
I have worked with a few boutique pet stores that have options for customers to "round up" their purchases, and that money will go to a specific organization to help cover medical costs.
I applaud your efforts and will keep these kitties and your efforts for funding in my prayers.

Subject: Medical Cost Assistance for Rescues
We have some special needs kittens with expensive surgeries and treatments coming up. In researching ways to cover their costs, I see quite a few resources for pet owners, but not many for rescues. Does anyone have suggestions for resources to help cover costs of emergency room visits and/or specialist surgeries for rescues?
As an example, we have a 9 week old kitten with an esophageal defect. He is scheduled for surgery at the end of the month, but went to the ER last night with pneumonia. His chances of recovery are good, they tell me. All of this will cost the rescue thousands of dollars.
